Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Minute Creative, all services rendered, including but not limited to project advances, milestone-based deliverables, and retainer engagements, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated.

Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Minute Creative for services such as strategy, design, development, or retainers are final.

Projects once initiated cannot be canceled, and associated deliverables will be completed as per agreed terms.

In rare situations, a client may request cancellation via our official support channel. Each case will be reviewed internally, and Minute Creative reserves the sole right to accept or reject such cancellations.

Refund Policy

Minute Creative follows a strict no refund policy for any payments made toward project advances, retainers, or completed milestones.

If a refund request is made due to extenuating circumstances, clients may submit the request through our official Refund & Cancellation Request Form. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
