Growth Culture empowers founders to scale their businesses from conception to a billion-rupee (1000 crores) success story. They achieve this by providing a comprehensive support system of mentors, community, and funding. The website redesign aimed to improve user experience, enhance brand communication, and ultimately drive lead generation.
The Problem
The original Growth Culture website lacked clarity on the value proposition and user journey. Users struggled to understand the specific offerings and benefits. Additionally, the visual identity didn't effectively communicate the company's message.
Solving for the needs
Instead of focusing on a singular "solution," we approached the project with the goal of solving for the needs of aspiring founders. This involved a complete website redesign focusing on user-centric navigation, clear communication of Growth Culture's offerings, and a strong visual metaphor that resonated with their mission.
Research & Analysis
Before building the website, we wanted to truly understand the needs of our target audience: aspiring founders. We did this by conducting in-depth research. This research helped us uncover the challenges and goals founders face at every stage of their journey, from that initial idea to growing their business.
Ideation
To improve the user experience, we carefully structured the information to make it as useful as possible. Our primary goal was to make it easy for users to find the information they needed while clearly communicating our core message.
Low fidelity wireframes
Wireframes helped us explore different layouts. It wasn't just about looks; it was about crafting a user experience that guides visitors to the information they need, presented clearly and concisely. By prioritizing content and functionality, we aim to turn the website into a lead generation machine, propelling business from conception to a flourishing success story.
Style Guide
Orange, black, and grey provides a vibrant color palette for GrowthCulture's website. Orange brings energy and optimism, while black adds sophistication and clarity. Grey provides a neutral base. With its clean lines and readability, Open Sans complements the website's modern and professional aesthetic.
Iterations
Through multiple design iterations, we refined the visual elements to ensure they effectively communicated Growth Culture's message while remaining visually appealing.
Bringing the Vision to Life
The visual narrative heavily leaned on the mountain metaphor. Illustrations depicted founders as mountaineers, navigating challenging terrain with the help of Growth Culture guides. This indirect approach resonated with users, subtly conveying the journey of achieving success.
