BitGenix is a forward-thinking wealth management firm with a mission to deliver bespoke wealth preservation and investment plans. We operate on a unique synergy of listening, understanding, analysing, & shaping strategies. This client was a retainer and we were launching many updates bi weekly.

The Challenge

Bitgenix approached us with a plan to disrupt the wealth management business; they wanted to be more than simply a wealth management firm that invests in traditional assets, but also in bespoke assets that provide exponential ROI to their consumers. Their working strategy was based on a unique combination of listening, understanding, analysing, and developing plans.

Their aim was to launch their brand and website within two months, and to constantly scale their website to generate organic traffic using SEO and social media marketing.

Solving For It

Through our own iconic brands framework and website scale framework, we accomplished the major KPI within two months, assisting them in launching their brand and having a strong digital presence.

Following the launch, we continued to collaborate with them on their marketing needs as well as website scaling efforts based on the defined SEO strategy.


Research

We did thorough market research to better understand the complexities of the wealth management market, including typical pain points and objectives of the target audience. By creating extensive user personas and user journeys, we obtained important insights into our target audience's wants and behaviour. By spotting similar trends and developing a unique strategy, we were able to set ourselves apart as a market disruptor and position ourselves a leader.

Ideation

To enhance the user experience, we designed the detailed IA to maximise its effectiveness. Our key goal was to make it simple for people to obtain the information they required while effectively communicating our main USP and directing them to take an action. This eventually improves the website navigation and communication of important information, converting traffic into leads.


Sitemap

By having a clear and intuitive sitemap, BitGenix can enhance user experience, improve website navigation, increase engagement with valuable content, and ultimately facilitate meaningful interactions with potential clients seeking bespoke wealth management solutions.

Low Fidelity Wireframes

We started with wireframe design with the goal of rapidly testing several concepts and determining which worked best by analysing the advantages and disadvantages of each design.


Style Guide

The style guide outlines the design elements that shape the brand's visual identity. It specifies color palettes, typography, and other visual elements that are tailored to our target audience. By advocating for consistency in the user interface, the guide helps to build a strong brand identity and fosters customer loyalty and confidence.


Unfolding As We Go

Simpliying Complex Information Architecture

It was clear that the website's depth made it difficult for users to navigate when we looked at its structure as SEO efforts caused the website to grow. In order to solve this problem and provide a more rational and intuitive user experience, we concentrated on streamlining the flow and improving the hamburger menu.

SIP And Lumpsum Calculator

In order to strategically raise the Bitgenix website's SEO position, we created calculators to calculate SIP and lump sum returns. Calculators are often used by users to assess their prospective returns; therefore, putting these tools into practice sought to increase organic traffic and enhance the site's search engine exposure.


Communication Sequences For Events And Promotions

Developing communication sequences specifically for Bitgenix's events and promotions was our main priority as it helped BitGenix generate leads. By implementing first principles of UX design and iterating based on data, we made certain that information about forthcoming events and promotional offers were efficiently communicated across the communication flow. Maximising lead generation and improving user experience were the main key KPIs of their marketing landing pages designed specifically for events and promotions.

Quality Assurance Through Extensive Checks
  • The most crucial metric for the retainer project was continuing to maintain the highest levels of quality for the created pages and released website.
  • A great deal of quality assurance (Q/A) work was done to carefully find and correct any mismatch between the developed and designed screens.
  • This meticulous procedure improved the entire user experience by guaranteeing that the live website fulfilled the intended standards of excellence.
